1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AI IELTS Prep mobile application ("App") or accessing services provided by EduZMS ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of Service

AI IELTS Prep provides educational tools designed to support IELTS preparation, including:

• Speaking and writing practice tools
• AI-powered scoring and feedback
• Credit-based feature access
• Optional subscription plans
• Optional in-app purchases

The App is provided for educational and practice purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific IELTS scores, band improvements, or examination outcomes.

3. Accounts and Data Storage

The App does not require the creation of personal user accounts.

Essays, recordings, and AI feedback are stored locally on your device unless otherwise specified.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

4. AI Services and Disclaimer

When you request AI-based scoring or feedback:

• Your submitted text or audio may be securely transmitted to third-party AI processing providers.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• AI-generated responses are automated and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• AI feedback does not constitute professional, official, or certified exam evaluation.

You acknowledge that AI output is informational in nature and should be used as a study aid only.

5. Credits and In-App Purchases

Certain features of the App require credits.

Credits may be obtained through:

• Purchase of credit packs
• Purchase of a subscription plan
• Viewing rewarded advertisements (where available)

Credits:

• Have no monetary value
• Are non-transferable
• Are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• May reset or expire in accordance with subscription terms

6. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings.

We do not directly manage subscription billing and cannot issue refunds outside the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.

7. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective platform provider in accordance with their refund policies.

EduZMS does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds independently.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Exploit credit systems or technical vulnerabilities
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

We reserve the right to restrict access or suspend usage if misuse is detected.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, design elements, and AI workflows are the property of EduZMS unless otherwise stated.

No portion of the App may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduZMS shall not be liable for:

• Examination results or outcomes
• Data loss or device issues
• Service interruptions
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Modifications to Service or Terms

We may modify:

• App features
• Pricing structures
• Credit systems
• These Terms of Use

Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is identified

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which EduZMS operates, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
